Privacy Policy
Version of 14/09/2026
1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how the data of Users of the Nexora software (the “Service”) is processed and protected. Data is processed by the administration of the Service (the “Administration”).
1.2. The Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use. Terms not defined in the Policy have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.
1.3. By registering an account, the User confirms having read the Policy and consents to the processing of their data on its conditions.
2. Data processed
2.1. Email address — to sign in, to confirm the account and to send service notices.
2.2. Password — solely as an irreversible hash. The Administration does not store the password in readable form and cannot recover it.
2.3. Exchange API keys — encrypted; used solely for the trading operations assigned to bots.
2.4. Bot settings, order and trade history, positions and trading results.
2.5. Telegram chat identifier — where the Telegram bot is linked, to deliver notifications.
2.6. Technical sign-in data: IP address and client application details, recorded in the security log.
3. Data not processed
3.1. Card details. The subscription is paid in Telegram Stars, and the User’s payment details are not passed to the Administration.
3.2. Money and cryptocurrency. The User’s funds remain in the User’s exchange account, and the Administration has no access to them.
4. Purposes of processing
4.1. Operating the Service: placing orders, accounting for trades and calculating trading results.
4.2. Protecting the account: confirming sign-ins, detecting suspicious access and keeping a security log.
4.3. Sending notices concerning the account, the subscription and the operation of bots.
4.4. Sending newsletters about the Service. All email is sent solely from addresses at the nexora.date domain.
4.5. The Administration does not use the User’s data for advertising and does not sell it to third parties.
5. Disclosure to third parties
5.1. The exchange — to the extent necessary to execute the User’s orders, through the API keys the User connected.
5.2. Telegram — where the Telegram bot is linked: the text of the notifications the User chose to receive.
5.3. Infrastructure providers — hosting and backup storage; backups are held encrypted.
5.4. Public authorities — solely where expressly required by law.
6. Data protection
6.1. API keys are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and backups are encrypted before they leave the server.
6.2. No security measure is absolute. To limit the consequences of any leak, the User is advised to create API keys without withdrawal permission.
7. Retention and deletion
7.1. Data is retained for as long as the account exists.
7.2. The User may request deletion of the account in the application settings. The account is then disabled, and its data is anonymised once the retention period has passed. Part of the financial history and the security log may be retained longer, to the extent required by law.
8. Rights of the User
8.1. The User may obtain information about the data held, and request its correction or deletion.
8.2. The User may opt out of newsletters by sending a request to the official address support@nexora.date. Service notices necessary for the operation of the account continue to be sent.
8.3. To exercise these rights, the User contacts support on Telegram (@nexorasupportq) or writes to the official address support@nexora.date.
9. Changes to the Policy
9.1. The Administration may amend the Policy. The version in force and the date it was adopted are shown in the application, in the Help section.
