Frequently asked questions
Does Nexora have access to my money?
No. Your funds stay in your exchange account. Nexora works through API keys without withdrawal permission, and refuses a key that has it.
Do the bots run with my computer switched off?
Yes. Bots run on the Nexora server. The app is for setting them up and following the results.
Does Nexora guarantee a profit?
No. A bot carries out your rules but does not remove market risk. Trading cryptocurrency can lose you money.
Which exchanges are supported?
Bybit, Binance and OKX.
What happens to my coins if I stop a bot or my subscription ends?
Nothing is sold. The bot stops placing new orders, and the coins you bought stay in your exchange account.
